About Us
The Roberts Companies currently owns and operates a diverse portfolio of large land holdings throughout 12 counties across North Florida. Included are a number of projects that they have successfully entitled for either industrial or residential development or are currently in the entitlement process. Through their local presence, experience and vast network, they pride themselves on being able to bring deals together and get deals done, no matter the size or complexity. Often times their projects have been accomplished through working together with large funds including REIT’s, Pension Funds, and publicly traded companies, as well as large industrial users, bioscience users, and residential builders (both national and local).
