Roberts Site Development, Inc. (formerly R&E Site Development, Inc.) RSD currently specializes in site work, reclamation services, underground utilities and forestry services for both the public and private sector. Sand Sales
Roberts Site Development, Inc. (“RSD”) has over 30 years of combined experience in site work, reclamation services, underground utilities and forestry services as well as have handled the sales and distribution of many construction materials. RSD has “Common Fill” in several locations that can easily be put into production as a viable aggregate source for your next project. RSD has recently added a new line of specialty aggregate sand known as “Phil’s Hill”, “Africa”, and a premium line of “Rice Rock”. Currently we have stockpiled approximately 1,500,000 cy of “Phil’s Hill” and “Africa” combined and a continually increasing stock pile of “Rice Rock” our construction grade aggregates offer a full range of underdrain sands with maximum permeability rates to suit your needs. Our focus is to provide quality sand that can be depended on for purity, inertness, hardness, grain size and color. This line of aggregate sand has become a preferred choice for a variety of applications such as:

Our products are located in North East Florida; (See Attached Location Map) which allows for easy access to Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. With our current tremendous volume of stockpile, we are able to meet the needs of any size project and projects requiring large quantities (150,000+tons) are no problem for RSD. In addition to providing quality products, RSD can arrange dependable and competitively priced delivery of our products to the project site if required.

Both products should be equally sufficient for any of your normal Rice Rock applications; such as wellpoint sand and acute drainage demands. The Rice Rock Extreme has additional processing and refining which produces an even more refined product of course grade quartz sand.
